Raw Material: Sawdust |

| The pellets are made from forest thinnings and prunings as well as sawdust from the sawmill and is approximately 5mm. | |

Dosing Feeder |
| After being fed by a dosing feeder (photo), a belt conveyor transports the raw material to the next stage. | |

Kiln Dryer |
| The wood is dried at this stage to bring the moisture content of the raw material down to a level suitable for successful pelleting - in this case 15%. | |

Infeed Conveyor |
| The wood particles are transported on a belt conveyor to a screw feeder, which feeds the material evenly into the top of the pellet mill. | |

Fuji Kahl Pellet Mill |
| The pellet press of flat die type is capable of producing 1 tonne of pellets per hour continuously with
this material.
Capacities of other installations may be smaller or larger depending on the type of raw material to be pelleted. In addition, the volume of fines produced by this mill is extremely low, making for an efficient operation. |
