Varila, model SG480N, flex conveyor and drum magnet separator
Material is infed to a Twin Shaft Crusher - Varila
 Drum magnet separator removes ferrous metal particles
Manual separation and metal dettector
Manual separation and metals line, where non-ferrous
metals, stones and other "unwelcome" foreign objects are
removed
Ichijiku, model SM2370 (2 shredders installed and running)
AnIchijiku, Single Shaft Shredder is used at this stage to further shred the waste to a uniform size.
Dosing Feeder and Fujipax, model PF4000D (2 machines)
To produce pellets with just the right combustion properties, the mix (plastics to paper ration) is determined and adjusted at this stage and fed into the Fujipax Compression&Solidification『Fujipax』 for the production of RPF.
Vibration Screen and water type Cooler
Dust is screened from the RPF here with a Vibrating Screen, model VL305H. , then put through a water type cooler to bring the temperature of the pellets below 40 degrees celcius.

As plastics are the main component, calorific value is high
