Production of RPF pellets with a Pellet Press of Flat die type !
Effective utilisation of waste enables a reduction in CO2 emmisions and makes more
effective use of our limited resources. As a alternative to fossil fuels paper, plastics and wood can be compressed and made into solid fuel.
This fuel, known as RPF is utilised at paper and steel mills for the generation of power from boilers.
Both density and calorific value of the solid fuel are high and the pellets are easy to transport and store.
・Dies can be replaced and, depending on the properties of the waste to be compressed, pellets of from 6mm to 20mm and greater in diameter are possible!
・By changing the mix, calorific value of the pellets can be increased or decreased and the requirements of the consumer can be met!
・Low carbonization in comparison with coal.
Hourly production capacity approximately 2 tonnes of pellets
